CHERRY ASPIC • KIRSCH CHANTILLY • CHOCOLATE MOUSSE • RED FRUIT ROYALTINE

As darkness robs the sky and consumes the mystical forest, the temperature cools down to a crisp twilight. In between the mossy earth and the dried leaves, lies a dark-haired forest nymph, her name is Raven.

She is as wild as a wood fire, a dangerous seductress and yet, her body is free from liquor. Her core, made from sinful pleats of soft and luscious chocolate sponge, giving you a blanket of comfort and familiarity. In between her chocolate skirt are contrasting layers of fresh and slightly tart Kirsch-note Chantilly cream and silky smooth Chocolate mousse, whirling on your palette and teasing you into her lair. You are on a mesmerising trance, following her enchanting spell. Look down on her heels and a crunchy royaltine flavoured with red fruits would sweep you off your feet, perfect for the untamed and wild one. Then, a surprising Cherry Aspic with blood-red cherries suspended on resin-like sap fossilised on top. Immortalising this symphony of Cherries & Chocolate. Raven rules the Black Forest, and you are not going anywhere. 

Raven can be Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic. For Alcoholic version, there would be Kirsch brandy inside the aspic gelee.
