A successful marriage of masculine Earl Grey and beautiful Lavender delicately simmered before gently whipping it into a mousse. Layers of Vanilla Chiffon Sponge creates a blank canvas that helps paint the picture. A cut deeper and a revelation of Earl Grey & Lavender Crème Brûlée halts you from the gaze. Rendering a lavish sensation to your tongue as the milky black tea and the citrus aroma of Earl Grey permeates through and through. She embellished herself with smoke crystals like that of Chandeliers worthy of being in Versaille.
But pause, she's not done. Like a true wild card, Lady Grey sweeps you in with her buttery shortbread base engaging your tastebuds and an argument that you can't win. You have to surrender.
L. Grey glaze has a tinge of Grey & Blue hue. The marble covers 1/3 of the cake and it's random. Marbled streaks on each cake are random. Photos are for references only. The actual product might differ 5-10% in colour as some screens and resolutions have different colour balance. Garnishes would depend on the seasonality of the fruits available.
Please note that the crystals are made of sugar. Although edible, caution must be observed when eating it.

We would try our best to deliver on a specific time. However, please allow 15-20 minutes of delay in case of traffic jam and parking. For restaurant deliveries, please inform the restaurant about the cake delivery so they could store the cake properly.
For wedding cakes delivery, it would vary depending on location and size.
All cakes come with an ice pack and can last in an air-conditioned temperature NOT more than 45-60 minutes.
Best Kept Refrigerated. Mousse cakes are best consumed chilled and for butter cakes, let it come to room temperature for best taste and texture.
