One-two, and a one-two-three! Drums come in, fingers at the bass guitar strings, and the high-hat chimes in. Mics on, and here we go! Rosie’s first verse sings with the bright and sharpness of Yuzu and the aromatic structure of Earl Grey tea. It is a successful collaboration between East and West; think Japanese pop meets David Bowie.
The warm sophistication of both aromatic elements bridges you into a chorus—where flavour harmonies unravel. A milky hazelnut praline jam hugs your palette like a well-rounded base hum, appropriately unctuous and nutty. Rosie is a rich and exciting blend of sunny citrus paired with darker and more robust flavours of tea and hazelnut. It is the taste of pure, hedonistic pleasure, and we can’t get enough of it.

The cakes here are absolutely delicious and very wallet friendly for cakes of such high quality. The young owners are friendly and accommodating, even for very last minute request. All queries are responded to very quickly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service - I input the wrong date for the cake collection & the kind folks behind Pulse Patisserie helped to rush out the order & I managed to collect within a short notice. Ordered Juliet- generous toppings of fresh strawberries and not so sweet. Lovely cakes!

Needed a last minute cake on a Sunday and in CBD area and one of the few shops opened. Called and checked what cakes were avail and reserved an Earl Grey Lavender. It was so beautiful and yummy, everyone loved it. I’m not a fan of tea cakes but it was for a friend and I enjoyed it very much too. Looking forward to trying their chocolate and coffee cakes next. Road side pick up was so efficient too! Dropped a call to inform id be there in 5mins and they waited for me by the door. Thank you!

Ordered the chocolate cake which wasn’t overly sweet. Loved the design. There weren’t any available slots on the date I wanted but I contacted Pulse via WhatsApp & they kindly accommodated my order :) friendly customer service too!
