As the fire crackles and the embers glow in a hibernal room, Wilhelmina soothes herself, hypnotised by the firewood and drifts into memory. She thinks of her father—not a man of grand declarations, but of quiet confidence. Growing up as an only child, she was raised between two worlds. She inherited the softness expected of a woman, yet carried the steadiness and resolve she learned from him. A duality that continues to shape her to this day. 

Watching the oakwood submits itself to the flames, she is reminded that fire changes everything. Sugar begins white and innocent, and through heat, it darkens. Deepens. Becomes something altogether more complex. What was once simple now emerges with character, nuance and depth.

Wilhelmina understands this transformation intimately.

She unfurls with a luxurious caramel cheese mousse, rich with the flicker tang of cheese. Beneath lies a velvety vanilla crème brûlée, soft as cashmere, warming against winter skin. Comforting layers of vanilla sponge and almond croustillant provide structure and contrast—delicate yet assured. Like caramel itself, Wilhelmina celebrates the beauty of becoming. Sugar remade into amber gold. Milk and eggs were married to make custard. Simple ingredients elevated through patience, craft and fire.

The oak burns. The embers settle. What remains is neither what it was nor what it first intended to be. Like sugar meeting fire, we are transformed by those who raise us. And in time, we become. Because the most remarkable things are rarely born extraordinary.

DELIVERY:

Flat rate of $18. Except Airports, Tuas & Resorts World Sentosa. 

We would try our best to deliver on a specific time. However, please allow 15-20 minutes of delay in case of traffic jam and parking. For restaurant deliveries, please inform the restaurant about the cake delivery so they could store the cake properly. 

For wedding cakes delivery, it would vary depending on location and size. 

 

All cakes come with an ice pack and can last in an air-conditioned temperature NOT more than 45-60 minutes. 

MOUSSE CAKES (Women of Pulse cakes):
Best Kept Refrigerated (4C-6C). Mousse cakes are best consumed chilled.

BUTTER & FUDGE CAKES (Quick Buy):
Chocolate Cakes (Naomi) and butter cakes are best served thawed, let it come to room temperature for best flavour and texture. 

Consume 2 days from the date of purchase. 

 

CROQUEMBOUCHE:

The tower can last in an air-conditioned room for a maximum of two (2) hours. Otherwise, it's best to keep the tower refrigerated before the event proper. Best consumed within the day, any leftover puffs can be kept refrigerated for 1 day.
