She runs barefoot across fields of tall grass behind the mango farm her English father tends. The sun hangs lazily overhead, painting the world in honeyed gold. Her playmates are the farmers’ children — bright-eyed, barefoot, and glowing with the kind of innocence only long afternoons under tropical skies can bring. At home, one thing is always abundant: mangoes.
Golden, fragrant, and heavy with sweetness, they ripen under the sun until their perfume floats through the plantation like a promise. Afternoons are filled with laughter echoing between trees, children playing catch, sticky fingers, and dusty feet returning home just before dusk.
But seasons move, even in a place where summer never quite leaves. Years pass. Flip flops become heels. Sun-warmed mangoes give way to cups of Earl Grey.
Delilah steps gently into refinement, the quiet grace expected of the young heiress to the estate. Yet some things refuse to fade with time.
She has always loved shortcakes. There is a beautiful honesty to them — simple layers of cream, pastry, and fruit. She remembers her mother in the kitchen, assembling them with clotted cream and whatever the season offered, creating something so effortless yet full of joy.
Now, seated by the window with a cup of Earl Grey in hand, Delilah gazes out across the estate. Beyond the veranda stands a proud mango tree, heavy with fruit.
Summer has returned. The harvest is calling.

DELIVERY:
Flat rate of $18. Except Airports, Tuas & Resorts World Sentosa.
We would try our best to deliver on a specific time. However, please allow 15-20 minutes of delay in case of traffic jam and parking. For restaurant deliveries, please inform the restaurant about the cake delivery so they could store the cake properly.
For wedding cakes delivery, it would vary depending on location and size.
All cakes come with an ice pack and can last in an air-conditioned temperature NOT more than 45-60 minutes.
MOUSSE CAKES (Women of Pulse cakes):
Best Kept Refrigerated (4C-6C). Mousse cakes are best consumed chilled.
BUTTER & FUDGE CAKES (Quick Buy):
Chocolate Cakes (Naomi) and butter cakes are best served thawed, let it come to room temperature for best flavour and texture.
Consume 2 days from the date of purchase.
CROQUEMBOUCHE:
The tower can last in an air-conditioned room for a maximum of two (2) hours. Otherwise, it's best to keep the tower refrigerated before the event proper. Best consumed within the day, any leftover puffs can be kept refrigerated for 1 day.
