Simone's memories are clouded in dreams of afternoon teas at fancy Parisian patisseries. An elegant expression of nectar-filled White Peach, smooth mildness of Vanilla & creamy almond. Simone is a delicious delight of Parisian chic. A woman of quiet sweetness and poise, whom discreetly frequents Bijouterie, dotting her body with precious gems and crystals before heading out to paint the town pink. 

Mouthwatering stone fruit such as White Peach is intertwined with the stone nut-Almond. Coincidental or Accidental? Maybe not. It's a tongue-in-cheek love story of "Stones on Stones on Stones". She opens with a voluptuous Vanilla robed in with white peach, a gentler and more floral fruit to its tart yellow counterpart. And yet, a tangy Rhubarb Peach Gélee arrest your palette to keep it engaged before nutty almond crumble crumbles on your tongue. By now, you know that repetition is the name of the song. Simone is as bright as a glass of sparkling Bellini, a fruit inflected cake that is sweet yet slowly turns suggestive, and addiction is inescapable.

DELIVERY:

Flat rate of $18. Except Airports, Tuas & Resorts World Sentosa. 

We would try our best to deliver on a specific time. However, please allow 15-20 minutes of delay in case of traffic jam and parking. For restaurant deliveries, please inform the restaurant about the cake delivery so they could store the cake properly. 

For wedding cakes delivery, it would vary depending on location and size. 

 

All cakes come with an ice pack and can last in an air-conditioned temperature NOT more than 45-60 minutes. 

MOUSSE CAKES (Women of Pulse cakes):
Best Kept Refrigerated (4C-6C). Mousse cakes are best consumed chilled.

BUTTER & FUDGE CAKES (Quick Buy):
Chocolate Cakes (Naomi) and butter cakes are best served thawed, let it come to room temperature for best flavour and texture. 

Consume 2 days from the date of purchase. 

 

CROQUEMBOUCHE:

The tower can last in an air-conditioned room for a maximum of two (2) hours. Otherwise, it's best to keep the tower refrigerated before the event proper. Best consumed within the day, any leftover puffs can be kept refrigerated for 1 day.
