Like waking up from a dream of eating something delicious with the taste lingering on your tongue, how does it taste? Sweet? How about a pleasing spine-tingling tartness that sends shivers down to your curling toes? If the colour yellow could be tasted, Sharon would be the brightest expression. Full of confidence and bright optimism, she paints a watercolour painting of the burning Sicilian sun illuminating the picturesque Amalfi coast. The lemon mousseline wraps a light and delectable blanket to this enchanting confection. It floats effortlessly over a layer of cloud-like burnt marshmallows trailing the remembrance of a Lemon Meringue cake.
Sharon wears herself a refreshing surge of lemon and the danger of burnt meringue as summer approaches. She smells delicious, and her heart is full of vivid lemon curd. Finally, a surprise of Almond shortbread base bewildering us with that nostalgic Lemon Meringue tart. The question remains, is she a tart or a cake? We would try our best to deliver on a specific time. However, please allow 15-20 minutes of delay in case of traffic jam and parking. For restaurant deliveries, please inform the restaurant about the cake delivery so they could store the cake properly.
For wedding cakes delivery, it would vary depending on location and size.
All cakes come with an ice pack and can last in an air-conditioned temperature NOT more than 45-60 minutes.
Best Kept Refrigerated. Mousse cakes are best consumed chilled and for butter cakes, let it come to room temperature for best taste and texture.
