It's the colour of passion, love and intense emotion. One that can inspire revolutions, betrayal or a triumphant victory. As the name suggests, Roja is a colour in the spectrum. The red riding hood cloaks something more innocent and pure than an ever-after fairytale. It's milk on an infant's lips which is pure, nourishing and harmless. Roja is a Tres Leches cake magnified with Valrhona's Dulcey chocolate and punctuated with red fruit forest berries. Dulcey's roasted white chocolate note sings on a duet with the Dulce de leche-soaked vanilla sponge rendering a playful sweetness and lush sensuality.

As you cut through its heart, an eye-twitching sour compote of forest berries taps your tongue to let you know this is not just pure innocence. And an underlying red fruit biscuit lines the underbelly of this red creature. Roja ignites our sense of childhood with its wholesome notes of milk but also reminds us of the danger and excitement of playing with fire.

DELIVERY:

Flat rate of $20. Except Airports, Tuas & Resorts World Sentosa. 

We would try our best to deliver on a specific time. However, please allow 15-20 minutes of delay in case of traffic jam and parking. For restaurant deliveries, please inform the restaurant about the cake delivery so they could store the cake properly. 

For wedding cakes delivery, it would vary depending on location and size. 

 

All cakes come with an ice pack and can last in an air-conditioned temperature NOT more than 45-60 minutes. 

Best Kept Refrigerated. Mousse cakes are best consumed chilled and for butter cakes, let it come to room temperature for best taste and texture. 

Consume 2 days from the date of purchase.
