Nila is a vegan cake that strives to captivate you with her gentle flavours. The milky notes of 41% Alunga Milk Chocolate mousse sway in unison with the chocolate eggless sponge. As it melts onto the tart raspberry marmalade, you are greeted with a light crunch of puffed rice and almond base bound with nothing else but chocolate. The red matte finish cloaks this masquerade of organic goodness. Lastly, a meticulous Mehndi of floral embroidery painted onto her skin.
