Inside is a soft, and chewy Mochi encased in a light chestnut filling that sings of spring before a delicate Brown Sugar Chiffon wraps this decency like an Obi belt. Finally, a dusting in Kinako powder, a roasted soybean flour, to complete this humble creation.
