Heavy half-lidded eyes, parched throat and a blossoming floral scent of citrus being peeled across the room arrest your senses. Everything is a blur. You wake up in a room drenched in blackness, and a soft voice cracks the space open. "What time is it?" She asked.
It's almost midnight.
As memories of you and her gush back into your consciousness, a river of flavours flood your appetite. Clementine's chocolate chiffon is a corset holding on to all that's good. A wholesome Vanilla Pastry cream layered with a twinkling Clementine marmalade made from sappy, whole-preserved citrus of the same kind. Then comes the Evocao 72% Dark Chocolate mousse, which sings more citrus notes than unctuous, bitter chocolate. And, of course, textures are vital to someone's personality, and she is not lacking. Clementine is studded with dark chocolate-coated pistachios, giving you the crackle and charm you need.
This is dessert at its irresistible best: Vanilla cream being licked off fingers, fits of giggles fueled by chocolate and suggestive whispers over shared spoonfuls.
Must be chilled at all times. The cake can be displayed in an air-conditioned room for 1 hour.

We would try our best to deliver on a specific time. However, please allow 15-20 minutes of delay in case of traffic jam and parking. For restaurant deliveries, please inform the restaurant about the cake delivery so they could store the cake properly.
For wedding cakes delivery, it would vary depending on location and size.
All cakes come with an ice pack and can last in an air-conditioned temperature NOT more than 45-60 minutes.
Best Kept Refrigerated. Mousse cakes are best consumed chilled and for butter cakes, let it come to room temperature for best taste and texture.
