The Parisian patisserie synonymous with Mont Blanc & Chocolat Chaud is more than just a simple shop. It's a place of wonder, where exquisite pastry and invigorating coffee aromas set the backdrop for timeless friendships, fierce intellectual debates, lazy afternoons, and chance romantic encounters. The last of these things was the idea of love blossoming over eclairs and café au lait; skim this moment, and this was where Angelina was born.
Angelina opens up with a succulent Vanilla Chestnut Chantilly, pressed between layers of coffee sponge that has been laced with a nocturnal Chestnut caramel jam. Her heart is an authentic, full-bodied Espresso pastry cream that balances perfectly against the familiar sweetness of chestnuts. Breaking this smoothness is a crisp Croustillant that lays bare on all these layers to give punctuation to all her expressions. She is not a mere representation of the patisserie but rather a capsule of every positive feeling one could associate with such a place.
Plump sweetness, unabashedly creamy and romantically decadent, Angelina is more than just a mouthful of superlatives you tied with your lips; she is a beautiful reminder that simple things can be extraordinary.

We would try our best to deliver on a specific time. However, please allow 15-20 minutes of delay in case of traffic jam and parking. For restaurant deliveries, please inform the restaurant about the cake delivery so they could store the cake properly.
For wedding cakes delivery, it would vary depending on location and size.
All cakes come with an ice pack and can last in an air-conditioned temperature NOT more than 45-60 minutes.
Best Kept Refrigerated. Mousse cakes are best consumed chilled and for butter cakes, let it come to room temperature for best taste and texture.
